Welcome to Oak Flats Electronics Online! The instructions below provide a guide for first time visitors ordering through the OFE Shop Online.
Purchasing
To place your first order with us, simply browse the categories or use the quick search option for the product(s) you wish to purchase and click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page(s). When you have finished making your selection, click on the orange "Proceed to Checkout" in the shopping cart which will take you to the two easy steps of the check out.

2) Review of Order
Your order will then be sent for processing.
Oak Flats Electronics will send you an order confirmation by email once your order has been processed.
Registering
Soon you will be able to register your details with us (name, email, address, contact phone number) - The main benefit of registering is that next time you shop with us you won’t have to spend time re-registering your details. By registering you will have the choice to join the official OFE club which will entitle you to special member discounts and promotions - So keep an eye on our site as this will be coming soon!
Payment options and security Ordering OFE products online is designed to be as simple as possible while allowing maximum security and privacy for all your details.
There are two payment options available - Credit card or Direct Deposit. If paying by credit card you will be directed to pay pal which is a secure online transaction broker. At no time will we have access to your credit card number or financial information.
If you choose to pay through direct deposit, you will receive our bank number and BSB number which you will need to deposit the amount of your purchase into.
Freight Costs and Delivery Times Freight costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Freight costs and delivery times vary according to:
the total cost of all items in your shopping cart
the number of items in your shopping cart
the delivery address
Delivery will be via Australian courier service, you will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a work address and a contact phone number including the area code.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a calling card with advice for the recipient to collect the parcel from the local Post Office or Courier depot. This convenient service is provided to you at no additional charge. In some states our courier will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery (again at no charge).
Freight is based on the distance the parcel travels. Australian Courier Service will deliver your item between 1 and 5 working days, however please note that orders shipped to remote areas may require additional time to reach their destination. We will ship your order once we receive payment from you, you will receive confirmation of this via email.
Please note that some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. For large orders please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with a query email and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
Order Status When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order within 48hrs of receiving payment from you. We will send you a confirmation email once the item has been sent. When will my order arrive?
