Manufacturers Warranty
Oak Flats Electronics has been an authorised retailer for 25 years for the brands we carry including Pioneer, Alpine, Clarion, Panasonic, JVC and Fusion. All products supplied by Oak Flats Electronics come with an Australian manufacturers warranty. The terms of the individual warranty are supplied with the product normally on the manufacturers warranty card. The manufacturers warranty card will generally have details on the length of the warranty and means of obtaining warranty repairs. Please contact us sales@oakflatselectronics.com.au for service related issues and we will provide you with the manufactures contact details.
Returns Policy
At Oak Flats Electronics we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please email us at sales@oakflatselectronics.com.au within 24hrs and we will arrange a form to be sent to you. All returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving items.
Refunds
Refund will not include the postage costs of returning items. The decision to give a refund is at the discretion of Oak Flats Electronics. Items returned must be in resalable condition. A handling charge may be charged. No item will be accepted for a refund 7 days after the delivery date.
Damaged/incorrect or faulty goods
You must inform the courier before signing if the goods have been damaged in transit. This will insure that we can claim for damaged goods from the courier. We cannot accept goods for credit if you have signed for the goods without acknowledging the damage on arrival. If goods have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please contact us at sales@oakflatselectronics.com.au before sending any goods back to us, you will need to supply your personal details along with a brief explanation of the problem.
NOTE: You must inform us of damaged deliveries within 24hrs. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage to goods beyond these periods.
Returns Policy
Any item that has been delivered for a period of 7 days or more will not be accepted for return. Please remember we can only accept items returned if you have completed a returns form and sent it with your returned item, you can get a returns form by emailing us at sales@oakflatselectronics.com.au
